My family loves apples. Mostly we eat apples just the way God created them, but we do also enjoy a good 'ol American apple pie. Recently I was looking for a way to freeze my abundance of apples for the upcoming holiday season. I was so excited to find this post here on Apple Pie Kits. Essentially, it is an apple pie frozen without the pie crust. I cut up all my apples and was able to get 2 pie kits in the freezer. This will come in handy during the holiday season for family get togethers and whatnot. If you have a large supply of apples maybe you should give this recipe a shot. Enjoy!
